The e-learning platform
The purpose of Digpro Academy is to provide you, as a Digpro customer, with accessible, structured, and easy-to-follow learning resources that support your learning. Our platform ensures that training material is available whenever you need to develop your skills in one of our applications or modules.
Training offerings
Alongside Digpro Academy, we at Digpro offer digital as well as classroom training sessions for our applications and modules. We can provide company tailored training sessions at your office. Contact training@digpro.se for more information.
About
Our instructors
Andreas Hasslö
Andreas supports customers with implementation, training, and customization of Digpro’s applications. With a background in fiber planning and cost analysis, he teaches dpCom courses, leads Organizer workflow workshops, and has contributed extensively to dpCom content in Digpro Academy.
Erik Saxin
Erik works as a Customer Manager at Digpro and teaches both introductory training sessions in dpCom and specialized workshops. He has a background as a designer of FTTH networks and a technical documenter for fiber networks.
Fredrik Heidenberg
Fredrik leads several projects at Digpro and also serves as a Customer Manager, focusing on customer education and support. He primarily teaches courses in dpPower and meter integration, both at Digpro and on-site at customer offices.
Gustav Stenhag
Gustav works as a Product Owner for Operator (including related modules such as Announcements and the Outage Map). He has previous experience from working as an NIS consultant and also develops parts of the training material for his modules at Digpro Academy.
Helen Skrifvare
Helen is a Group Manager at Digpro, project manager and responsible for education. With a technical background in land surveying, she plans and coordinates regular courses and also teaches administration in dpSpatial.
Johan Larsén
Johan works as a Product Specialist for dpWater at Digpro. He coordinates development tasks, contributes to the continued improvement of the application, and assists the Digpro support team with dpWater-related issues. Johan educates customers about dpWater and teaches many courses about the application.
Lars Ellenfors
Lars works as a Product Owner for dpHeating at Digpro and has been involved with the product since its inception. He has participated in most migration projects, as new dpHeating customers have joined Digpro, and he serves as a key link between the dpHeating user group and the development team, helping to prioritize new features for upcoming releases. Lars also conducts training sessions in dpHeating.
Olle Hoffman Carlsson
Olle works as a Product Expert for Analyzer and as a Customer Manager at Digpro. He provides customers with solutions related to calculations and network documentation. As part of the product team, Olle contributes to testing and developing new features and improvements. He also teaches courses and leads workshops on network calculations in dpPower and dpHeating.
Staffan Engkvist
Staffan works as an NIS Consultant and Customer Manager at Digpro. He leads numerous projects related to the implementation and migration of dpCom, and also conducts training sessions on the application. Staffan has a broad background in IT and telecommunications, spanning from programming to fiber network design.
